Before you call
Eight questions we hear most often. If yours is not here — call us and we will answer straight.
What pulling force should a winch have for my work?
The starting point is the maximum pulling force of the cable stated by its manufacturer — it must never be exceeded. On top of that comes friction along the route: the length of the section, the number of bends, the condition of the duct. In practice a few to a dozen kN is enough for LV networks, usually 20–30 kN for MV, and for HV and long routes we go for 40–50 kN. Call us and describe the route — we will work it out together.
Do I need pulling force recording?
More and more often, yes. Many investors and network operators require a record of the pull as part of the handover documentation. If you work for the power industry or on fibre-optic networks, it is worth choosing a machine with a recorder straight away, or preparing it for one.
Do you only service machines bought from you?
No. We service winches from every manufacturer — OMAC, JKS, RUNPOTEC, KORMEE, Bagela, Thaler, TEMA, Lancier, Volta Macchine and others. The service is workshop-based; you can bring the machine yourself or we will help arrange transport.
Can I rent a winch instead of buying one?
Yes. We offer short and long-term rental — the machine alone, without an operator. Collection and return take place at our premises in Cielcza. If the machine is needed for a single contract, renting almost always makes more sense than buying.
Will you take my old winch in part exchange?
Yes, when you buy a new machine we can value yours and take it in part exchange. We also buy used winches independently of a purchase — just send photos and the basic specifications.
Do you supply parts for older machines?
Yes, including brands we do not sell as new. Give us the manufacturer, model, serial number and — if you know it — the part number. We will check availability and give you a lead time.
Can you arrange transport for the machine?
Yes, both when selling and when taking a machine in for service or an overhaul. We ship machines throughout Poland and for export.
Can I buy a winch on a lease?
Yes. For new machines we offer purchase, leasing and financing as standard. The details are agreed individually for a particular machine.
